公司创办于一九九八年，原名：桐城市幸运制刷厂。经过几年来的努力拼搏，在规模上，专业化发展的道路上，不断改进。于2002年注册了“幸达”牌商标，在国内市场，各大中城市均设有销售网点，国际市场主要出口欧洲、及东南亚国家，并与多家外贸公司友好合作，随着公司的业务不断发展壮大。又于2005年更名为“桐城市幸达刷业有限公司”并经国家税务机关批准为一般纳税人企业。
